Vehicle inspection and registration appointments
You can log in to your reservation using the booking reference. You can make changes and cancellations to unpaid reservations yourself. For paid appointments, please contact the national appointment booking service, tel. 075 323 2222 (Mon–Fri from 7.30 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to 2 pm). Please note that a prepaid reservation can only be changed to an appointment with the same or cheaper price. If you have booked and paid for a normal inspection time and change it to a cheaper time, the price difference will not be refunded. (Cheaper inspection time slots always require an advance payment.)

You will need to identify yourself in the booking system to look up your appointment. Customers are required to use strong authentication. An appointment for another person can only be booked with a power of attorney, verbal authorization during the call, or by an identified guardian. All changes to appointments booked by a driving school are made by the driving school that made the appointment. Ajovarma customer service phone number: 029 534 5115 (Mon–Fri from 7.30 am to 3 pm).

We are currently updating the payment process for bookings. Most customers can pay for their booking by indentifying themselves in the booking system, but due to modification work, it is not possible for all customers (e.g., bookings made by driving schools). In case of problems, you can log in to the booking with the booking ID provided in the booking confirmation email or follow the link included in the confirmation message. We apologize for any temporary inconvenience that the update work may cause.
