Changing and paying for an unpaid reservation
You can pay for, change or cancel your reservation by using your reservation ID, which can be found in your booking confirmation e-mail. Please, cancel a driving test, handling test or an oral theory test no later than the previous working day during the opening hours of Ajovarma’s telephone service (Mon–Fri from 8 am to 4.15 pm). After that, only Ajovarma’s customer service can change the appointment. Tel. +358 (0)29 534 5115.

Appointments made by driving schools
Changing a reservation made by a driving school is handled by the driving school that booked the appointment.

Cancelling a prepaid reservation
Cancellation of prepaid reservations can only be done by phone through Ajovarma customer service, tel. 029 534 5115 (Mon–Fri from 8 am to 4.15 pm). Product prices are determined by the prices set by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency. A prepaid reservation can’t be moved past the price change date.
