Changing and paying for an unpaid reservation
You can pay for, change or cancel your reservation by identifying yourself in the booking system. Please, cancel a driving test, handling test or an oral theory test no later than the previous working day during the opening hours of Ajovarma’s telephone service (Mon–Fri from 7.30 am to 3 pm). After that, only Ajovarma’s customer service can change the appointment. Tel. +358 (0)29 534 5115.
Appointments made by driving schools
Changing a reservation made by a driving school is handled by the driving school that booked the appointment.
You can also call Ajovarma customer service, tel. 029 534 5115 (Mon–Fri from 7.30 am to 3 pm). Product prices are determined by the prices set by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency. A prepaid reservation can’t be moved past the price change date.
