Rescheduling or paying for an appointment
With your reservation ID, you can change the service point, appointment time, or both. You can also pay for the appointment in advance or cancel the appointment. (Cheaper inspection time slots always require an advance payment.) Please note that a prepaid reservation can only be changed to an appointment with the same or cheaper price. If you have booked and paid for a normal inspection time and change it to a cheaper time, the price difference will not be refunded.

Cancelling a prepaid appointment
If you want to cancel an appointment that has already been paid for, please contact our customer service, tel. 075 323 2222 (Mon–Fri from 7.30 am to 8 pm, Sat 9 am to 4 pm).
