A-Katsastus Group initiates change negotiations

Ajovarma operates as Traficom’s service provider for driver examination and licensing services based on regional agreements concluded with Traficom. These agreements will expire on 31 December 2026. Traficom tendered these services in early 2026, and Ajovarma secured only the driving test services in region 1 (Helsinki and Espoo). In all other regions, a new operator will begin providing both examination and licensing services as of 1 January 2027.

As a result, the above-mentioned companies within A-Katsastus Group are planning a reorganization of their operations and personnel-related adjustment measures.

According to A-Katsastus Group’s preliminary estimate, the planned reorganizations and adjustment measures may have personnel impacts. These impacts may include possible redundancies affecting up to 402 employment relationships.
