Size and weight matter

The size and weight of these vehicle types vary greatly, so please note that not every one of our stations may be able to provide service for all campers and trailers. The prices of camper and trailer inspections vary by service point. You cannot book cheaper inspection timeslots for these vehicles, since these timeslots are intended for cars and vans.

Inspections for category O1 and O2 trailers

Category O1 trailers (light trailers with a maximum mass of less than 750 kg) do not need be periodically inspected at all.

The first inspection of a trailer category O2 trailer (e.g. a camper or a boat-trailer) must be carried out at the latest by the end of the calendar year in which two years have elapsed from the date of entry into service.
